Flat battery or slow start
Battery checks and jump-starts where suitable. On-site replacement depends on specification and availability; repeat discharge needs testing.
Stranded with a flat battery, puncture or breakdown? Call our independent Volkswagen team for 24/7 roadside help and recovery in Dubai. We assess what assistance the car needs and whether it can be resolved safely where it is.
Call-out and recovery are quoted for the job. Send your location and symptoms for the appropriate help, price and arrival estimate.

Tell us what has happened. The service depends on the vehicle, the fault and whether there is a safe place to work.
Battery checks and jump-starts where suitable. On-site replacement depends on specification and availability; repeat discharge needs testing.
Help with a suitable serviceable spare where available and safe to fit. No spare, damaged wheels or an unsafe working position can mean recovery instead.
Emergency fuel delivery for a correctly identified petrol or diesel vehicle. Tell us the required fuel and whether the engine stopped after running empty.
Lockout assistance after establishing the vehicle and access situation. Lost keys, damaged locks and immobiliser faults can require separate key or workshop work.
An initial assessment of the reported problem. A car that cranks but will not fire, loses drive or develops a serious warning may need workshop diagnosis.
Vehicle transport when a roadside solution is unsuitable. Share the pickup, destination, wheel condition and access restrictions so the loading requirements can be assessed.
Immediate danger, injury or fire? Contact the appropriate emergency service first: Police 999, Ambulance 998 or Civil Defence 997. Follow emergency responders' instructions. See the UAE Government emergency contacts.

A battery boost in an accessible car park and a recovery with locked wheels involve different work. The quote needs to match the situation before help is dispatched.
Establish the total, what it includes and VAT treatment in the call-out quote. Recovery and later workshop repairs are separate decisions. Existing insurance or manufacturer cover must be checked with that provider.

We assess whether assistance can make the car safe to use, or whether transport is needed.
A jump-start does not prove the battery is healthy. Repeated starting trouble can lead to battery testing and replacement or wider Volkswagen no-start diagnosis. If the car has been in rain or flood water, read our guide to a VW that will not start after rain or flooding before any start attempt.
Golf, Polo, Jetta, Passat, Tiguan, Touareg, vans and electric models can have different access and transport requirements. The badge alone does not define the loading method.
Send the height restriction, ramp or gate details and a safe access photo. Mention low ground clearance or whether the car is blocked by another vehicle.
Report DSG/automatic or 4MOTION, parking-brake faults, wheel damage and steering restrictions. Discuss flatbed transport or specialist loading where needed; do not force a selector release.
Agree the garage or destination and who will receive the car. After-hours collection needs a handover arrangement; workshop repairs are not available around the clock.
Volkswagen Repair Dubai is an independent workshop in Al Quoz 4. If your car needs workshop work, we use Volkswagen-specific diagnostic software and provide a written quote before repairs.
Repair timing and job-specific warranty terms depend on the confirmed work and parts. A recovery charge does not buy an unlimited repair or breakdown-cover policy.

Before any work starts you get the fault codes, the likely cause and a written quote. Old parts are shown to you at handover.
Explain the fault, share the pin and identify access or loading restrictions.
Discuss roadside help or recovery, the quote and the expected arrival.
Carry out suitable assistance or take the car to the agreed destination.

Costs, arrival, collection and the difference between this independent service and existing breakdown cover.
Yes, this roadside assistance service is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Al Quoz 4 workshop opens Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Night-time recovery does not mean the repair workshop is open; the destination and handover arrangement are agreed for the collection.
The price depends on your location, the assistance required, vehicle condition, access and transport distance. Fuel, replacement parts, specialist loading, parking or access charges and workshop repairs can change the total. Request a quote for the actual job and establish VAT treatment before accepting. There is no single fixed package covering every breakdown.
Arrival depends on the exact location, traffic, available assistance and the equipment your Volkswagen needs. Call with a location pin and road direction for an estimate for your request. An enquiry message is not a dispatch confirmation; agree the service, price and expected arrival with the team.
No. Volkswagen Repair Dubai is an independent workshop offering roadside help and recovery. Manufacturer roadside cover, dealer packages and insurance benefits have their own providers and conditions. If you may already have cover, contact that provider to establish the authorised arrangement before accepting a separate paid call-out.
Tell us the exact model, transmission and drivetrain, plus whether it can roll and steer. A vehicle stuck in Park, with locked wheels, a damaged wheel or an electronic parking-brake problem needs an appropriate loading plan. The recovery operator must follow the vehicle-specific transport instructions; do not force it into Neutral or drag it to make loading easier.
Send a pin, building name, entrance details and any height restriction. Narrow ramps, underground parking, a locked gate or blocked wheels can require a different access/loading arrangement. Dubai is the main service area. Longer-distance, inter-emirate, off-road or difficult-access requests need a specific assessment rather than assuming a normal road collection is suitable.
Identify the model and photograph the exact warning when safe. A low-voltage battery problem, an empty traction battery and a high-voltage system fault need different responses. Tell the operator it is electric or hybrid before equipment is arranged. A depleted traction battery may need transport to a suitable charging point; a high-voltage fault needs specialist assessment.
Discuss the intended destination before collection. Our Al Quoz 4 workshop is one option; a preferred garage or another agreed destination may be possible subject to access and timing. The transport quote and handover need to cover the chosen destination. Recovery does not itself authorise additional repair work.
Call with your location and what has happened. We will discuss the appropriate assistance or recovery and the next available response.
