Do I need to book before visiting?
Contact the team before setting off so we can confirm the visit time, the work requested and any parts or assessment requirements. An enquiry or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed booking.
Can I get a repair price on WhatsApp?
Send the model, year and what you notice. We can explain the likely assessment and available guide prices. A fault may need inspection or testing before we can confirm the repair scope and written quote.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Start with your Volkswagen model and the service or symptom. Add the year, mileage, warning message and recent repair history if you know them. A dashboard photo can help; take it only when safely parked.
Will you start repairs without my approval?
