Oil and filter change
AED 250 to 750Engine oil with the correct VW approval, a new filter and a reminder reset.
Book a Volkswagen minor or major service at our independent workshop in Al Quoz 4. We match the work to your mileage, history and engine, give a written quote first and usually finish a minor service the same day. A minor service is AED 400 to 900 and a major service AED 800 to 1,600.
Serving Abu Dhabi and Sharjah too, with pickup to our Al Quoz 4 workshop. See Volkswagen service for Abu Dhabi and Volkswagen service for Sharjah.

Service is due every 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, on a common regional schedule.
A minor service covers oil, filter and safety checks. A major service adds the items that are due.
Most minor services are finished the same day.
DSG, timing belt and brake fluid work are priced separately when due.
You approve an itemised written quote before any work starts.
Book by phone, WhatsApp or the booking form on this page.
Start with the visit that is due. The ranges are indicative Dubai budgets per vehicle, and your written quote lists each part, fluid and labour line before you approve.
Engine oil with the correct VW approval, a new filter and a reminder reset.
Oil and filter plus checks of fluids, leaks, brakes, tyres, battery, lights and wipers, with a scan.
The minor service plus a wider review and the filters, plugs or other items that are due.
Priced separately, with the specified fluid and filter for your gearbox code.

Starting prices for each model, plus other maintenance costs, are on our Volkswagen service cost page. If only oil and a filter are due, see our oil change service.
Choose a visit to see its checklist. Items marked when due are named and priced on your quote, so nothing is added without your approval.
A common regional reference is 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first. We check your model, market specification and service record before recommending the next visit.
Low mileage. The time limit still applies, so a car driven little is still due every year.
Flexible servicing. Cars that calculate their own due date follow the service display.
Imported cars. A car from another market can follow a different schedule, which we check from the VIN.
Our VW oil change interval guide explains the time and distance limits in more detail. Bring your service book or past invoices to the first visit, so we can see what was done last time and what falls due next.
Volkswagen does not publish a separate Dubai schedule, but heat, dust and stop start traffic work a car harder. That is why we look closely at these areas at every visit and tell you when something is due early.
Long idling with the AC on in summer traffic adds hours of running that the odometer does not show.
Fine dust and sand clog engine and cabin filters faster, which can reduce airflow and AC performance.
High temperatures shorten battery life, so the battery test at each service gives early warning.
Wiper blades, hoses and boots harden in the sun and are checked rather than replaced automatically.
If your car is used mostly in heavy traffic, tows or covers short trips, mention it when booking so the checks reflect how the car is used.
Timing depends on the work due and whether parts need ordering. We agree the arrival and collection time when you book, and we call you before any extra work if a finding changes the plan.
A routine minor service can usually be completed the same day.
More items and checks mean a longer visit, confirmed when you book.
A worn part found during the service is quoted first and can change the collection time.
Send the model, year, mileage and last service date. We tell you whether a minor or major service is due and send an itemised quote.

Most customers drop the car at our Al Quoz 4 workshop. If you need the car collected, ask when you book, and any arrangement and charge is agreed before the visit.
Fill in the form and press send. It opens WhatsApp with your booking details ready, so a technician can confirm the time and quote. You can also call 056 464 6081.

Routine checks help find concerns early. We explain the findings and quote any repair separately, so an inspection is never automatic permission to replace parts.
Pad and disc condition, tyre tread, damage and pressure. Balancing and alignment are separate work.
Hoses, coolant level and visible leaks. A recurring loss needs diagnosis, not repeated top ups.
Battery condition, terminals, lights, wipers and warning messages, with a scan.
Suspension, steering, driveshaft boots and exhaust condition, with a road test where safe.

Need a full condition report or a check before buying a car? See our Volkswagen inspection service.

A package name cannot tell you the right oil or filter. We match every item to the engine and equipment fitted before giving you a total.
Every service starts with an itemised written quote, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare it fairly with any other workshop.
We service Volkswagen hatchbacks, saloons, SUVs and commercial vehicles. The engine, gearbox and market specification settle the details of each service. Send the VIN or the engine and gearbox details so we can match the oil, filters and service items before you arrive. Hybrid models still need their combustion engine serviced alongside the electrical systems.
A battery electric VW has no engine oil service. Brakes, tyres, cabin filtration, charging components and the 12V system still need checks, which we agree before booking.
Answers to the decisions that matter before your next minor or major service.
Use AED 400 to 900 as a minor service budget and AED 800 to 1,600 for a typical major service, per vehicle. An oil and filter change alone is AED 250 to 750. The engine, oil quantity, filters and the items due change the total, and the written quote lists the work, parts, labour and VAT before approval.
Call 056 464 6081, send a WhatsApp message or use the booking form on this page, which prepares a WhatsApp message with your details. Include the model, year, mileage and last service date. We confirm the time and send a quote, and the booking is confirmed once we reply.
A routine minor service can usually be completed the same day. A major service, ordered parts or an extra fault can take longer, and we confirm the timing when you book. If a worn part is found, we quote it first, and any extra work is only done after your approval.
No. Where your schedule specifies 15,000 km or one year, the earlier limit applies, so low mileage does not cancel the time limit. Imported cars, flexible servicing and electric models can have different requirements, so follow the service display and vehicle documents, and we check the VIN.
No. A major service is scheduled maintenance with a wider set of checks and the replacements that are due. An overhaul repairs internal engine parts after a fault is diagnosed. Brake repairs, gearbox repairs and other failed parts are also separate from the routine service quote.
Most customers drop the car at our Al Quoz 4 workshop. If you need it collected, ask when you book, and any collection arrangement and charge is agreed before the visit. If the car cannot be driven, our roadside assistance service covers recovery in Dubai.
We are an independent workshop. If you have an active Volkswagen service plan, warranty or maintenance contract, check its booking and documentation conditions before choosing where to service. We do not claim that an independent visit automatically meets every manufacturer contract, and we provide an itemised invoice.
We reset the relevant service reminder after the agreed work is completed. Keep the itemised invoice showing the date, mileage, parts and fluids. If you need a particular record format, mention it when booking, because a dashboard reset on its own is not a maintenance record.
In UAE heat and sand, wiper rubber often hardens within 6 to 12 months, so we check the blades and washer jets at every service. Replace them when they streak, judder or squeak. A front blade set usually costs about AED 120 to 350 fitted, depending on the model and the blades chosen.
The usual causes are a cracked washer bottle, a split or loose hose, a leaking pump seal or blocked jets. A pump that hums but does not spray often means a blockage, while a bottle that empties overnight points to a crack or pump seal. We check it during servicing and quote any part first.
