Can I clean and reuse the air filter?
Standard paper filters should be replaced, not blown out, because air pressure can open the paper and let dust through. Only washable performance filters are designed to be cleaned.
Does the cabin filter affect the AC?

Should I change the cabin filter at the same time?
Only when both are due, damaged or restricted. The two filters serve separate systems. Inspect the cabin filter and quote it separately rather than replacing it automatically with the engine filter.
